What are glam photos, and are they included?
Glam photos have a sleek, studio-quality look with subtle skin smoothing and flattering lighting—available in both classic black and white or vibrant colour. They’re perfect for creating a polished, modern gallery. Best of all, glam is included in all of our packages at no extra cost.
Can we choose between black & white and colour?
Absolutely! You can select one consistent style for all photos (colour or black and white) during our planning phase. We’ll also work with you to customize the overall look – whether you want a clean black backdrop, branded overlays, or something unique to your event.
How far in advance should I book the wedding photo booth?
To secure your wedding date, we recommend booking at least six months in advance. Popular dates can fill sooner, so the earlier the better.
What are the payment terms for your service?
A 40% retainer secures your date, with the balance due two weeks before your event. Idle hours and overtime can be added if needed.
What are the setup requirements?
We need an 8×8 ft space, one standard 120V outlet within 10 ft, and venue Wi-Fi for instant sharing. If Wi-Fi is limited, shares will queue and send once reconnected.
We also recommend avoiding setup during speeches, dances, or room flips.
Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?
Yes! Outdoor setups are welcome as long as there’s a flat surface, reliable power, and a 10×10 ft footprint. To protect our equipment and ensure a smooth guest experience, we require shelter from direct sun, rain, and wind—such as a tent, canopy, or venue-provided covering.
If coverage isn’t available, we can provide a professional-grade tent for a flat rate of $100.
Do you provide props and backdrops?
We include a premium, clean backdrop with every booking, and optional props.
Specialty backdrops and curated props are available as add-ons to match your wedding style.
How long does setup and teardown take?
How quickly do guests receive their photos?
Photos are delivered instantly. Guests can download their images on-site via text or email, and if prints are included, they receive a high-quality keepsake within seconds.
Your full online gallery link is shared on the event day.
Is social media sharing part of your service?
Absolutely. Guests can text or email their photos instantly, making it easy to post and share on social media.
Can I customize photo layouts and video messages?
What regions do you serve?
We proudly serve much of Southern Ontario, including Hamilton/Burlington, Kitchener/Waterloo, Oakville, and Mississauga. Travel outside these areas may incur a nominal travel fee.
How many photos will we receive?
There’s no limit to digital captures. If prints are included, each photo session produces a print per person. Extra copies can be added on request, and all digital copies are available for easy sharing.
